This site asks for personal details in one place: the consultation form. This page explains what happens to them.

What we collect

Your name, email address, city, and anything else you choose to write in the form: your phone number, the room, a preferred time, a message, and the specification you selected.

Why

Only to reply to you, arrange a consultation, and prepare your written specification. We don't use these details for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep them

Until the consultation is complete, and then for as long as you remain a customer or for twelve months, whichever is longer. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser may remember whether you paused motion; that setting stays on your device.
