<p>This is the central failure mode of advisory work, and it has a clear cause: the deliverable stops at insight when it should continue into execution architecture.</p>
<h2>The asymmetry between insight and execution</h2>
<p>Producing a sharp insight is hard. It takes diagnostic skill, pattern recognition, and the willingness to surface unflattering conclusions.</p>
